A straightforward roof renewal on the gym building at the prestigious Roedean School.
Location: Roedean
Property Type: School
PROJECT DETAILS:
The Renewal: Stripped back and completely renewed the roof covering on the school's gym building to ensure long-term structural protection and weather-proofing.
The Challenge:
The main challenge was working safely while the school was fully active, meaning we had to plan our days carefully around their schedule to make sure we didn't disrupt the students or staff while delivering a top-quality, lasting finish.
The Logistics: Carefully managed the project timeline and site deliveries to work strictly around an active, busy school environment, keeping student safety and learning completely uninterrupted.
The Environment: Executed the work on a historic, high-profile campus where maintaining a clean, secure site and respecting the surrounding architecture was vital.
